Return Policy

You are assured that all of our products are brand new, never used or worn previously. We know that you and 50,000 other customers enjoy this assurance. Due to health concerns for you and your pet we cannot accept returns on Clothing, Collars, Leads, Carriers, Bedding, Dens, Bowls or Food/treat products unless they are defective, we shipped the wrong color, or size, and they must still be in the original packaging unused.  If you feel you need to return a product please email us at customerservice@divapets.net within 2 business days of receiving and we will make arrangements to handle the return. No returns will be processed with out following the above outlined procedure.

 Please be sure and measure your pet carefully and read product specifications before ordering, as we cannot accept returns because they do not fit your pet.
